2. Purpose of the Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products made through the website https://aubibrand.com.
aubi offers handmade crochet accessories and digital crochet patterns for sale, intended for individual consumers only.

Any order placed on the website https://aubibrand.com implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the buyer.
The Terms and Conditions are available at any time on the website and can be saved and/or printed by the customer. aubi reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in effect at the time of the order.
4. Products
4.1 Handmade Accessories
The products offered for sale on https://aubibrand.com are handmade crochet accessories crafted by the designer.
Products are offered in limited quantities and subject to availability. Custom orders are not currently available. Items are not made to order: only items visible on the site are in stock.
Each product page includes a detailed description, materials used, and any care recommendations.
4.2 Digital Patterns
Digital patterns are available for immediate download after payment confirmation. The download link will be provided directly on the site, via the confirmation page or through an automatic redirect.
The buyer agrees not to resell, redistribute, or share the purchased digital files, as they are protected by the creator’s copyright.
5. Orders
Customers can place orders directly on the website https://aubibrand.com by selecting the desired products, adding them to the cart, and following the checkout steps.
Before final confirmation, customers can review their order details, total price, and correct any errors. The order is only finalized after full payment.
Once the order is validated, the customer receives a confirmation email summarizing the essential details (purchased products, price, shipping address, etc.). This email serves as proof of transaction.
aubi reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of an existing dispute, full or partial non-payment of a previous order, or for any legitimate reason.
6. Prices and Payment
Prices displayed on https://aubibrand.com are in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included).
aubi reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Payment is made online by credit card through a secure payment platform.
An order is considered effective once the banking institution has confirmed the payment. In case of a transaction refusal, the order will be automatically canceled.
Products remain the property of aubi until full payment has been received.
7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer during the order process.
7.2 Delivery Times and Methods
Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the selected carrier and the customer’s location.
aubi is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or due to force majeure.
7.3 Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are indicated to the customer before the order is confirmed. Fees may vary depending on the package weight, destination, and chosen delivery method.
7.4 Delivery of Digital Products
Digital products are available for immediate download after payment via a link provided on the website. No shipping fees apply to digital products.
8. Withdrawal and Returns
8.1 Physical Products (Handmade Accessories)
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing a reason.
Customers wishing to exercise this right must inform aubi by email at aubibrand@gmail.com, stating their order number and the items concerned.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, clean, and complete. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Returns will not be accepted after the legal deadline or if products are returned damaged or incomplete.
8.2 Digital Products (Crochet Patterns)
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied in intangible form (such as PDF patterns) once the download has begun with the customer's consent.
Therefore, no refunds or exchanges will be granted for downloaded digital patterns, even if they haven’t been used.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on https://aubibrand.com – including texts, images, products, designs, patterns, graphics, logo, and brand name – is the exclusive property of aubi and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or use, even partial, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
Digital crochet patterns sold on the site are for personal use only. It is forbidden to copy, share, resell, or use them for commercial purposes.
10. Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law
10.1 Liability
aubi cannot be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from the purchase of products. The seller is not responsible for misuse, normal wear, or improper care of the products.
Regarding digital patterns, aubi does not guarantee the final result, which depends on the customer's skill level, adherence to instructions, and materials used.
10.2 Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact aubi at aubibrand@gmail.com to seek an amicable resolution.
If no agreement is reached, the matter may be brought before the competent courts in accordance with common law procedures.
10.3 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only French courts shall have jurisdiction.
